The Artesia DAM Web Toolkit is a web application package that allows developers to overlay the default Artesia DAM web client with a fully customizable portal interface. This portal layer is designed to provide limited functionality to external users who wish to search for and download assets from an existing Artesia instance. The Web Toolkit has been designed to be deployed onto an existing Artesia DAM instance. The Web Toolkit has been designed to be deployed onto an existing Artesia Digital Asset Management instance. A separate web application container is not required. The Web Toolkit gives a starting point to developers by providing a sample application that utilizes the Web Toolkit tag library and Struts actions. Documentation is also included to describe how to utilize the Web Toolkit tag library and Struts actions in order to design custom web pages.
