The Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal (https://css.opentext.com) is fully integrated with our call tracking system to provide you with an enhanced Customer Support experience. With this tool you have 24/7 access to create new tickets and update existing ones within the Open Text ticket tracking system. Please refer to the FAQ for more information.

The Open Text Knowledge Center (https://knowledge.opentext.com/go/artesia) is the primary support website for customer care and technical support. On this site, you can download product software, documentation, patches, service packs, technical papers and other related support documents for the Artesia Digital Asset Management product line. You can also post discussion threads related to the Artesia Digital Asset Management product and share knowledge with other customers. Please refer to the FAQ for more information.
